Description

Make-HER Celebrates International Day of the Girl!

Taught by Lindsay Balfour, Lauren Cage, Erin Salter, and Tenaya Hurst

In this expanded Make-HER workshop, your Make-HER Passport takes you around the world in celebration of United Nations' International Day of the Girl. Led by a team of #LadyMakers, mothers and daughters will explore global cultures through wearable art, circuitry, and design projects.

Make-HER workshops are open to girls aged 8 - 12 and their mothers (or other adult female mentors). Our #LadyMaker educators have designed content specifically for this age group. Therefore the workshops are not appropriate for those under age eight, please no younger siblings. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance through this site. Out of respect for those on the wait list, registrants who do not show without cancellation will be prevented from registering for subsequent Make-HER workshops. Each workshop requires a separate registration. Each registration reserves spots for both you and your daughter.
